Southside Cocktail
It’s said the Southside Cocktail was created in New York’s “21” club. Essentially, it’s a minty-fresh gin sour. Or, a mojito served straight up in a coupe glass.
Ingredients:
Serve in a Martini glass
- 2 shots gin
- 3/4 shot fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 shot simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
Garnish: 1 floating mint leaf
