About

It’s said that the Singapore Sling was created at the Long Bar in the Raffles Hotel in Singapore in 1915 by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon. The recipe is often debated in the bartender community. That’s probably because there are so many bloody ingredients that there are an endless amount of variations that work well!

Singapore Sling Variatons

The recipe above has been adapted from the original coming from the Raffles Hotel, which seems appropriate because it’s the exact recipe I used when I worked in a hotel bar.
