About
The white negroni is a delicious cocktail that has a relatively new history. The first one was made by British cocktail legend Wayne Collins. He removed the sweet vermouth and campari and replaced them with Lillet Blanc and Suze. The resulting drink is a tad bitter with floral notes. There is just a touch of sweetness on the tongue as you sip it.
The white negroni can also be made with mezcal instead of gin, which gives it a smoky flavor that pairs well with the white vermouth. Simply replace the gin with mezcal and you your mezcal white negroni.
Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed. Cheers!
