The Tom Collins cocktail is a refreshingly simple drink that's been around since the mid 1800s. It's essentially a gin sour topped with soda.

Ingredients:
Serve in a Collins glass
- 2 shots gin
- 3/4 shot fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 shot simple syrup
- Top with soda
Garnish: 1 lemon wedge & 1 cherry
How to Make
- Add the ingredients to a Boston shaker.
- Shake & strain into an ice-filled collins glass.
- Top with soda.
- Add the garnishes.
About
A refreshingly simple cocktail that has been around since the mid 1800s. It’s a gin sour topped with soda water. Originally made with Old Tom Geneva gin (a sweetened gin that’s no longer available), it’s now made with London dry gin.
