About

The Rusty Nail is a cocktail with a contested history, but what is known is that it became popular throughout the United States as early as the 1960’s.

The cocktail is very easy to make due to it only having two ingredients: Scotch whiskey and Drambuie. The first is easy to find in most home bars, with the later – Drambuie – being a little more rare to see. Drambuie is a liqueur made from Scotch whisky, honey, and a mixture of herbs & spices.
