Pisco Sour Cocktail

The Pisco Sour cocktail variation to the whiskey sour, it’s delicious if you like Pisco - an unusually grape brandy coming from Peru & Chile. The reason for its popularity today is because it was championed by Dale DeGroff (aka, 'king cocktail') in his hey day.
How to make a Pisco Sour Cocktail

Ingredients:

Serve in an Old-Fashioned glass

  • 2 shots pisco brandy
  • 3/4 shot gomme syrup
  • 1 shot fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 an egg white

Garnish: Angostura bitters

How to Make

  1. Add all the ingredients to your shaker.
  2. Dry shake first to activate the egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
  5. Garnish with several drops of bitters.
