While the exact history of the Mimosa is unknown, it’s popularity at brunch in the United States today is only rivaled by the Bloody Mary. While the traditional Mimosa uses Orange Juice, really any juice will do including other popular options such as:
- Peach nectar or juice
- Grapefruit juice
- Pineapple juice
- Cranberry juice
- Strawberry puree or nectar
To make any of these other Mimosa variations, simply follow the basic recipe above, but replace the orange juice for your desired other fruit juice or nectar.
