About
Although the Aperol Spritz was created in the 1950s, it has only gained in popularity in recent years. That’s mainly due to the fact that the company responsible for Campari bought Aperol out and marketed the hell out of it!

We want to serve Aperol spritzes at a winery that only has a beer/wine license. Is Aperol a fermented alcohol (good for us) or a distilled spirit (darn)?
